After deciding on getting new windows on my house, we’re glad we went with ProGlass. The owner walked me through all window options and had everything installed in a single day. Very professional and particular about their work. Highly recommend!

The worst experience!! They deserve negative stars. I wanted 4 window screens made. I left an original screen with them for proper measurements. They first made them too big, then too small. On the second time they made them I was told they made them 1/8' smaller for me so the screens would fit. Still trying to figure that one out. I just wanted them made them the same size as the screen that I left for them. It took them over a month to NOT make the proper size screens. Finally got my money back. They shorted me 64 cents, they don't know how to round off a dollar, and they returned my original screen damaged. Went to Clovis Glass and had the four screens made in 24 hours!!

Quality Screen & Glass are such a pleasure to work with. They have the fastest turnaround of vendors we worked with. They had our product in three days when everyone else was offering two weeks. They are pleasant, quick to respond to email, and help us whenever we are in need. Highly recommend this company!

I was a first time customer that got referred, let’s just say I didn’t have a good experience! Was told my order would be ready in a week, a month later and my order was finally ready! The story doesn’t end there, my order was wrong! Smh, asked to see if they could help by delivering my corrected order and owner said NO smh! Then I paid for order and wasn’t told there was a credit card fee to pay! Wow just to say least, new customers beware!

They replaced 2 -5 by 6 windows. They did a wonderful job. Everything was done in a timely fashion and very profession way. Everything fit and they cleaned up the mess. We are very happy. Thank you so much. Mike and sheri
