When my instant hot water heater went on the blink...you know, the one that I got a special price on 8 years ago, I tried to contact the installer for service...HE DIDN'T EXIST ANYMORE. In desperation, I found Mark Plummer...did not know Mark but after his survey and honest assessment of my unit, I had the choice of service to the existing unit or a replacement unit of superior quality with outstanding warranty, I decided to replace and upgrade the unit on Marks recommendations. Mark is a third generation plumber, in other words...he knows plumbing inside and out. Mark explained the shortcomings of the installation he was having to replace and I understood, he had the patience and took the time to help me understand. Mark installed a new tankless water heater in our home last week. Our water heater was very old and started to leak so I gave him a call. He came over 45 minutes after we spoke on the phone and assessed our current water heater as well as explain our options for repair or upgrade. Ultimately we decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater and we are very happy with that decision.
