His patience in answering all my initial questions when comparing competitor installers was admirable. After committing to have him do the work, I was kept aware of the install date and what to expect. Highly recommend Pro Irrigation! We had an irrigation leak in our yard and had to turn off the water to our home due to no water cut off to the irrigation system. Darren responded to our call within the hour, came out within a few hours and found and repaired the leaking valve the same day. We particularly appreciated his willingness to take on this challenging repair despite not installing the system himself. Our prior company was not able to come out for weeks even though they knew we had no water. He has earned our future business!

When we needed a repair on our irrigation system, Darren was the only one of several companies that returned our call. He came out right away, found the problem and repaired it same day. During that visit, we learned that he also installs and maintains landscape lighting. We had always wanted to do this and felt that Darren would do a great job. He gave us placement recommendations and worked non-stop until the job was finished. We love the way our home looks in the evening now! Last week, we suffered some storm damage to our lights. Darren came out the day after we called him to complete the repair. We can’t say enough about his expertise and professionalism. You won’t be disappointed.

Darren was incredibly responsive in helping us address and fix multiple irrigation issues across our complex system of 24 zones. Darren from Pro Irrigation and Lighting just got my old irrigation system up and running after not being used in several year. He discovered a water leak in the water line which is why my water bill had been way too high for many months. Darren is prompt and courteous and regularly communicated with me via phone/text which I really appreciated. The system is running great now and Darren also gave me some good tips on caring for the new sod in my lawn. I highly recommend Darren!
