Pro Maxx Roofing

While I can't speak of their warranty (just had their RoofMaxx treatment), Darla (sweet & caring) made the inspection appt. Jagger was attentive, used a drone to inspect my roof & provided the Proposal. He was also flexible when I had snow on the roof, the appt's original day, and he easily rescheduled to today. Not expecting it, but he swept off the roof moss on my Addition, an area he wasn't treating. NICE when someone goes the extra mile! (Sadly he didn't clean up the debris.) Like other reviews, I found Jagger to be knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. There's some confusion with texts with a (479) area code - still don't know who that is (some RoofMaxx software they're forced to use)? From that number I received appt confirmation messages & a tracking option to see where was Jagger
