So we’ve had Howard come out and do some repairs on our heater in the past as well as changing out the nest thermostats back to a non-programmable thermostat. We will continue to having him come out if needed! He has the greatest prices out of any other company! Thanks Howard once again sir! We appreciate you so much for everything!!

I contacted Pro Mechanical Plumbing Inc. for an issue with my electric water heater. They never came out to inspect the unit and only asked for photos before recommending a full system replacement. When I requested an in-person inspection to properly diagnose the problem, I was told they did not want to fix it. I later contacted Rudco Plumbing & Heating, who actually came to my home, inspected the water heater, explained exactly which parts needed to be replaced, completed the repair, and provided a warranty. I now have hot water throughout the house with no issues. The problem did not require replacing the entire system, and I likely saved a significant amount of money by getting a proper diagnosis. I would recommend getting an in-person inspection before agreeing to any major replacem
