Pro Outdoor - formerly Professional Irrigation Systems

I changed my review from 5 starts to 1. I used the service last year and it seemed great. They tried to sign me up for a subscription and I declined. This year I got an email that said they had already signed me up for service once again and set an appointment. I did not sign up for a subscription, and no price was even mentioned. Just a "hey we signed you up ourselves and are going to charge you whatever we feel like." You can't even respond to the email since it is automated.

Kyle Broniec from Pro Outdoor did an excellent job! He arrived on time and with a professional appearance. Kyle explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I have used Pro Outdoor for several years and it has always been a pleasant experience.

Mark Goering was great to work with. He understood the issue I was having and was able to fix it. He then checked all the runs to make sure none of the others were having the same issue. He even adjusted some of the heads to provide better coverage. Send him out every time !

Matt was professional, courteous, and friendly. When coming inside he removed his work shoes to ensure cleanliness. When he completed his work he asked if I needed anything else or had questions. From my perspective he handled our experience together the way I would want and expect it to be. Thank you Matt.

Tre did a great job! Took care of all of our drip line issues. He even stayed and shut down our system which we weren’t really scheduled for. That saved us another day of waiting around for a different appointment.
