Carlos the owner is a known scam artist. Look up small claims in Love and surrounding counties. Horrible. I recorded him and his 2 workers as it took them 7 hours and could not replace 1 door in my elderly mothers house.Track and motor were already in. They removed an insulated aluminum door and replaced it with a steel uninsulated telling her it was superior. The sensors were 6” off and they told me rats ate the wires and the motor was bad. After they could not get it to operate. I fixed it 5 minutes after I kicked them out. Then they sued my elderly mother. Now I’m replacing the motor because he installed a lock inside which you never do, which caught the track when opening. He’s been kicked out of other counties for bad work. Look him up before doing business!!!!!
