This was a rescue mission. Luis and his crew were called in a panic because a previous painter, who had not done the proper prep before painting my kitchen cabinets, left my cabinets peeling. The previous painter stopped responding to my calls. We needed someone asap to fix the problem. Luis and his crew did just that and went beyond what I expected. Each member of the crew was professional, responsive, attentive to my questions and concerns, showed me what they were doing along the way and were very reasonably priced. I am grateful that Luis and his team answered our call for help and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants dependable, professional, quality work done in their home.

We could not be more pleased about working with Luis of ProPainting of Dallas. Juan and and team were the painters assigned to our project and they were so meticulous and careful and skilled enough to finish the project one day ahead of the projected end date. They are so skilled and were very professional and kind. Prior to this project, we were very concerned about getting paint on our new black window frames and doors but Juan and his team didn’t make any mistakes at all! We believe this is greatly due to their very careful prep work! We would definitely recommend ProPainting of Dallas to anyone we know and we would certainly work with them again. We had a very disappointing experience with Luis and we were very dissatisfied with the outcome. The entire process was very rushed and only the bare minimum was done from prep work to touch ups. Even basic preparations such as tarping shrubs or covering door hinges were not taken. Numerous spots were unpainted after they tried to claim they were done. This resulted in them having to come out many additional times and unnecessarily extended the project by many weeks. Worst of all, they tried to save a buck and use wood paint on a concrete porch, despite charging us for concrete paint. Since the improper paint was used, water quickly got under it causing bubbles and peeling. I would not use this company if I had to do it all over. EDIT: Luis, thank you for the reply.
