On January 5, 2026 I discovered I had small little critters in my house.. iI googled pest control companies in Great Falls, Montana, and a Pro Pest Control was the first company that popped up. I spoke with Tom to see if I could make an appointment for the following week to come out and access the situation. He was very concerned about my situation and wanted to come out that same day to take a look at things. Tom arrived about 15 minutes later after the phone call and immediately took action. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to have somebody come and take care of this situation and assure me that everything was going to be OK. Tom does a great job of keeping up communication and is extremely thorough when taking care of pests in your home! We use his services for multiple properties and he's very reasonably priced for the above and beyond work he does. Tom truly wants to find the root of the problem and it is a night and day difference between him and other pest companies we have utilized when it comes to results!
