Kiel and Chaes are the absolute best. Our drip system outlet is in a hard place to reach. These guys made it look easy. Very professional team, they explained everything to me. They even helped get the hose down to where they needed it, and had to manipulate said hose to get it to work. They were kind, and gave us all kinds of information on how to keep our system in better working order. I couldn’t have asked for for a better team. They need a raise.

Can't give these guys enough stars - Codie came out to my property, looked over the lagoon and said it just needed to be cleaned up but otherwise appeared in good working order, explaining how it works and showing me the different elements. This was after a different company tried to quote me $10k to have it re-done and implied the county would find it 'uninhabitable' unless I hired them that day... Codie is a true professional, gave me his cell and said to text him if I had any other questions. I would have paid a lot of money to talk to someone as knowledgeable as him, but their consultations are free. If you have a septic issue you owe it to yourself to call Pro Pumping & Hydrojetting, they will give you honest answers and reasonable prices.

Just had Pro Pumping from Columbia Mo just finish work on my lagoon. Kyle was the operator for the job and was very good at his job. Lagoon sides and top look great and is an example of how a skilled craftsman does work. If you need work done they did mine in a timely and effective way. Their estimate was spot on. I was impressed.

Top notch. A couple of years ago they handled an emergency situation for us. We appreciated their quick response and reasonable price. Knew we'd use them again when it came time for maintenance. They were just as quick to respond, took the time to explain the needed work, and completed the job the next day.

We were new to the septic system world and Cody and Mike came out to help us pump out the septic system. They were very friendly and helpful. Cody explained how our septic system worked and how we should maintain it. They worked HARD on getting our system completely cleaned out rather than just pumping out the water. They finished the job completely and came back and installed risers a few days later to leave us with a fully functional system. I'll sleep much better at night. These guys were on-time, gave a thorough explanation of what they were doing, reasonably priced, and really worked hard to dig out two access spots that were 18-24 inches deep under the soil. Going to use them for everything septic related. Great experience!
