We were so impressed with Pro Quality Plumbing. We scheduled an appointment on a Monday morning for a clogged pipe and someone was able to come out that afternoon. We have an older house and the clog was much more severe than we thought. It took the plumbers almost 4 hours to find it, going well past normal business hours. We thought for sure they would tell us they would have to come back the next day, but they stayed until 7pm to make sure the job was done. You don't find that type of work ethic these days. Plus, they honored the estimate that was originally provided, even with the extra hours needed. We won't hesitate to use this company for any future plumbing needs.

I had an issue with my toilet constantly running after installing a bidet. I was given a quote online and that’s the amount I was charged. They came the same day. I was given a time frame of 1pm-2pm and Luis arrived at 12:55! Identified the problem, got a replacement part and the job was done! Absolutely recommend Pro Quality Plumbing. They’ll be who I call in the future without question. Excellent service!

I had my hot water heater go out on me a few days ago and Pro Quality gave me the best quote for replacing my hot water heater and they were very punctual, professional and communicate well. We hired Pro Quality Plumbing for two different plumbing issues we had, one involving a broken PVC pipe in the wall to a tub spigot and the other being a PVC pipe from the wall to a toilet line. Pro Quality was incredibly responsive and had an immediate and thorough solution for the two problems. We had three other plumbing companies provide estimates, and they all had different ideas about how to fix the problem, including cutting huge holes in the wall. But, Pro Quality’s experience and knowledge allowed them to do a complete repair without tearing up our wall at all. Our technician was hard-working, professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We will definitely be working with this company again!
