If you are needing your septic tank pumped, Eric is the only call that you will need to make. Not only will he show up when he says but he will explain what will need to be done to keep things working right. Travis is also a big part of the success of this company. Both of these guys take customer service to another level. I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Very reasonable pricing, great customer service, honesty, integrity and the list could go on and on. Thanks guys! You are the BEST.

I contacted Eric weeks ago about some septic work I needed done. The last time we spoke he asked me to text him my info. I did and asked when he would be able to come out. He said “probably next week”. Next week came and went and I didn’t hear anything from him at all. He was friendly and helpful when I spoke on the phone, but I’m pretty frustrated at the lack of communication and follow through.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I am a Realtor and called to get some information for my client and spoke with Zach. He was very open and upfront with his service and I felt comfortable recommending them to my client. My client called and scheduled an appointment and they came out exactly on time 2 days later and Jeremy and Travis were the guys that found the septic, hand dug it due to location, and pumped it. Those 2 guys were awesome! Hard work is an understatement! They are fabulous and both said they loved their jobs and loved people and it showed. Thats exactly why this company will be crazy successful. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Third time using Pro Septics and we will continue to call Eric and his team at Pro Septics for all our septic needs! Eric has been such a lifesaver each time we’ve contacted him — first time was about locating and pumping our backed up solids tank, second time was about replacing our liquids pump and this time he helped us with determining an issue with our drainfield. I promise you’ll be happy you called Pro Septics!! If we could give 10,000 stars we would!!

I contacted PRO first thing Monday morning when they opened at 7am. They answered and scheduled to come out the same day. Great company and great service.
