We had an amazing experience with Adam, who was very professional, friendly, and excellent at his job. He was so welcoming and kind, and informed us about everything as he went through the process of having our future home inspected. The inspection was thorough and detailed, and helped give us a good framework of understanding for what we are walking into. We highly recommend working with them!

These guys were awesome. Actually were at the property and had begun the day inspection before I arrived and I was early. Very professional and knew their stuff. They assigned two technicians so we were able to complete the inspection in half the time. This was very helpful as I had a two hour drive in n both directions to attend the inspection. Received the completed, thorough report before the end of the same day which was very helpful. I highly recommend these guys. They were great.

Adam from Pro-Spect was a down to earth, kind, but thorough individual. Adam was not bothered at all when I mentioned I may follow them around a little -- he welcomed it (minus being on the roof haha).
