Great experience with Luis O as our tech. Very courteous and professional. We were out of town and need our garbage disposal repaired. Luis was available earlier than expected and Pro-Tec notified me that they would be able to service sooner. Luis diagnosed the issue, was fast and efficient with estimate and install.

Jeff K came to our unit this morning to clean all faucets, flush our hot water heater, and provide some feedback on maintenance. Jeff was prompt, had a keen sense of attention to detail, professional, and provided a clean work area. I would highly recommend Pro-Tech for your plumbing needs. They are very reasonable on pricing. Ryan did an amazing job repairing a complicated plumbing situation from an old remodel. He not only diagnosed and fixed the problem...but he also saved us money but proposing a simplier and more effective solution.

Chris did an excellent diagnosing the problem, finding the parts, fixing the problem and caring for all maintenance issues. He installed the Nest and made sure we knew how to use it. Excellent work and he knows his stuff! Even technology, which some of us are a bit challenged with! Yeah!!!

Technician Johnny was excellent. He was prompt, courteous and very careful in replacing the toilet for us. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and explained the charges for the service. He cleaned up the work area and left things neat and clean. We have utilized this company several times in the past and have always had great service.
