I reached out to Corey with Pro Tech and he stopped out and noticed a lot of damage from the recent hail storm we had. He worked with my insurance as well as me as the client explaining the numbers and made sure that I received the correct amount for the damages that happened. He was excellent in communicating throughout the entire process and helped with me understanding the hundreds of pages it seemed from the insurance adjusters estimates. ProTech replaced my roof and siding after hail damage. Keven worked with my insurance for 1 year to finally get my siding approved, he made the process very easy. The roof and siding look great and everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Absolutely amazing experience start to finish! Communication from Romaine was thorough and the new hail-resistant roof is flawless! They worked with my insurance company to get more things replaced than what was in the appraisal. They got the roof done in a single day! I was so impressed that they stayed late on a Friday that I got them pizza while they worked through supper and into the night. They cleaned up the debris and dust extremely well.
