Posted a review 4 weeks ago off my sisters phone, about the quality of customer service and just friendliness in general. I never once stated in my review where I work, when this happened, or anything. MONDAY 10/16/2023 Ben came in once again to fix something. Instead of being professional about the review he received from me, and just moving along; he proceeded to ask my coworkers about what my name was, what my last name was, if I have a sister (because the review was under her name) and if I work there. (I wasn’t working at the time he was there asking) I was mad before but willing to let it go. I won’t be letting this go. A review is a review for a reason. It’s a form of retaliation and harassment for you to come in to my WORK asking about my family and my name. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
