I got ProTech water proofing done for my basement with 10 year warranty. My home is 6 years old and I have noticed water leak a month ago. I had been trying to call and reachout to ProTech ever since and left several voice messages but they are not returning my calls. I am reporting to issue to BBB and Gerogia Consumer Affairs but wanted to post here as well, so it may prompt them to answer my voicemessages and fix the issue....
Welp, this company does not return calls, please do not utilize this company!
