Luke and his brother were fantastic to work with. Ordered 21 tons of rock from them to freshen up my property and they delivered and spread it all in a day. With little guidance telling them which parts of the yard were priority from me they executed wonderfully. They did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves and couldn’t have asked for nicer guys. Highly recommended and great pricing.

ProTera did several related jobs for me 2023/2024. Every invoice was paid promptly but was always followed up with a mailed property lien. I've never had a contractor do this and thought it was offensive and said so. Standard practice i was told. They built my home pad. The concrete floor that followed now has a growing crack the entire width. They trenched and installed conduit for our SRP Project. They quit after the first conflict with a neighbor insisting on written permission before continuing and upcharging to finish months later after resolution.
