Rented a water softener for 3+ years from them. Not one follow up maintenance/preventative measure inspection on the unit and when it malfunctioned and flooded my basement owner took zero responsibility. They’re still charging me on the rental even though it’s been shut off for a few months now (bad gaskets).

Lee did a great job explaining the water issues we were having and what he could do to fix them. He got us on his schedule quickly and the install is neat and tidy. What great service!

We had a filtration system installed and love it. The service tech was here yesterday and did test and replaced a couple of filters. It’s so nice to have one less thing to worry about. The water is awesome…and it’s just amazing how clear the ice cubes are now. Definitely a system and service worth having! I highly recommend this company. Don’t wait.

Very happy with our water quality! No more iron smells or hard water wrecking our rv's plumbing, we actually feel clean when we shower!
