Appliance Repair - Problem Solver Fix It is Your best bet! Terry worked his magic to save the 2013 Samsung Dryer DV365ETBGWR / A3 that conveyed w/my "new" house. It had begun to automatically run the Cooling Feature for 15 minutes; before Heat would begin on any cycle nor would it respond to a hard reset. Terry inspected, tested and cleared a massive wad of the Former Owner's Dogs' pet hair as well as an entire pocket full of change from the interior, trapped under the drum. It is now working exactly as it should. Very reasonable Service Fee - I'll be calling upon him for maintenance, for sure as this is also a 4-Dog Home. I recommend his Service to Everyone.
