Very pleased. About a month ago they completed a total bathroom remodel and it was a great experience. We didn’t have much experience with this sort of thing and they helped us with design, color, layout and tile selection. The work was done very cleanly and the crew were super friendly, professional and quiet (we work from home). They were reliable, responsive and on time and left the house tidy and neat before they left for the day. Overall great experience. Very precise work and we appreciate their professionalism! Highly recommend.

I’m so happy with my new bedroom & bathroom renovation! Ash, Amir, & Granite turned my outdated rooms into a modern, glamorous space. In my bedroom, they painted, added new baseboards, installed recessed lights, & replaced my old ceiling fan with a fandelier. In my bathroom, it was a complete renovation; all I kept was the toilet so everything else was new. The guys installed a new floor, vanity, lights, shower, shelves, mirror, medicine cabinet, and curtain. The entire project took two weeks. Kras Development is my new favorite contractor & I know from experience that a great contractor is hard to find. > We were very pleased with the paint job recently completed by Ash and his colleagues at Kras Development.  Mr. Krasniqi was courteous, and prompt.   He accommodated our rather complicated schedule and surpassed expectations.  He and his crew painted our approx. 1500 sq. ' guest house in a single day with nary a discernible drip.  They asked questions that helped  us consider aspects of the job we had not previously considered, resulting in a superior finished product.

Ash and Amir's teams made my family very very happy. They did an absolutely amazing job in our basement. The job was start to finish took half of the time I was expecting which is fantastic. They are super considerate when it comes to design and implementation, when the original plan did not work, they instantly pivoted to a new plan without any surcharge. I do not believe I have ever worked with any contractors that have the level of work ethics. We'd give them 500 stars if there is an option. The job itself turned out to be top-notch. Waaaaay better than I original visioned to be!! They are very well-priced, did I mention that? Super happy about this project. Will come back to them for all the rest of our projects.
