I have been with the company now for a little over 7 years. They have always been great, on time, knowledgeable, and will to explain what they are doing. One of the things I enjoy about their service is that they always text when the tech is on their way giving you a heads up. The team is extremely flexible with scheduling. If there are issues with any pests showing up in the home in between treatments, which happens sometimes with weather changes, they are quick to schedule a follow up.

What makes it extra extraordinary is my service technician Kim Thomas By far, this woman beats out every male technician that we have ever used. She will take the time out to research every bug inform you of its origin and hibernation time, more than we need to know but we appreciate you Kim and ProCare for the Great service.

Pro care is amazing they take the time to listen to your concerns and address every one of them. I love the face they will come out and do a retreat if you need one after your quarterly service. Alway polite and professional.
