Can always service a work order within 24 hours and have the technician call you multiple times to walk you through the issue, resolution, and bid. Fair prices and great work. Cant ask for a more professional plumbing company.

I purchased a home from Vicky Fennell with a closing date of 3/31/16. The seller's family business is PCI Services, run by her son Clem Fennell. PCI Services submitted a work order to me showing they serviced both AC units in the duplex I was purchasing and claimed both units were in working order on 3/21/16. After the closing date one AC unit worked and one AC unit did not work. I filed a claim with my home warranty company and Teegarden HVAC came out and replaced three defective parts in the AC unit - a run cap, a start cap, and a potential relay. After replacing the three defective parts they cleaned the unit and I used my phone to capture a video as dirt and debris poured out of the unit. Clearly PCI Services had not serviced the AC unit on 3/21/16 or they would have replaced the three
