ProClaim Roofing

We've used ProClaim roofing for essentially every roofing need we've had since we purchased our home about 10 years ago. This covers everything from skylights, random leaks, to a complete roof replacement and every single time has been an amazing experience with the company. They've always been fast to respond to come check out issues and stand by their work. If you're needing roofing work done in the Louisville area, I could not recommend a better company.

The overall experience was outstanding!! I interviewed 5 companies for this project as we live in a log home and have some intricate flashing, peeks and valleys. Rick was on time for the estimate and then suggested to bring his contractor back out to take a second look at no cost. Rick and Stuart came back out and inspected the roof again and we went through every detail that I wanted addressed. Once the job started the crew was amazing!! They worked 12 hours a day and I never had to worry about them goofing off or being unprofessional. They each new their roles and duties and continuously cleaned up throughout the day. These guys do great work!!! They completed my job in one day on a Saturday and I couldn't be happier with their work. Clelland was very professional and extremely helpful with everything I needed. He even came to tarp my roof so I wouldn't have any leaks prior to the job being done. I'm very happy that I called him to do the job.

Mr. Rick and the entire team is excellent. They are willing to work through every detail. My roof replacement was not an insurance claim and I was totally lost in the process. They explained in writing every service and material cost. To be able to work with any business that is competent, timely and honest is not the norm these days, I'm grateful!

Proclaim roofing put a new roof on my house in 2023 after a big wind storm ripped my shingles apart. I went with them because they had very good reviews on the BBB website. I was not disappointed. They were very professional about their job. The roof looked fantastic after it was finished and I never found as much as a roofing nail left behind. It was everything that I had hoped for in a roofing company. What impressed me the most about the company is how they stand behind their work.
