Customer service is top notch! And they are HONEST. This is the kind of company that you hate to have to use BUT are so grateful for the positive experience! They reached out to me first out of all 8 different pest companies i called. (Some of which havent called back almost 2 weeks later). So amazing response time! I communicated with Russell over the course of battling the bug problem we were having......for almost a week. All times of the day and night. Always helpful, pleasant and eager to help. Our tech, Brayden was extremely friendly when I swung by the house to check in during treatment. We live on a heavily wooded lot near water and have a major problem with cockroaches of all types. ProCore has been managing our problem and has done a fantastic job. We have had several different techs since using ProCore. It seems the techs have a frequent turn around, but the company is still trying very hard to address our service issues.
