Update: They adressed my concern and had two new cabinets ready for pickup. This time the cabinet was perfect. It was a shame this occured as their cabinets are top quality, made with solid ply and not the cheap particle board others use. They look amazing when installed. Everyone has commented how awesome the gray islands look at it's a deeper gray than other manufacturers. The manager acknowledged that it could have been handled much better and he's working on making internal improvements. He apologized for all the inconvenience and threw in a nice freebie. He even followed up with a courtesy call a week later to see if everything was now resolved and I was a happy Customer. In conclusion I'm pleased with the outcome, and the follow up, and will be purchasing my bathroom cabinets

Procraft Cabinetry Houston, quoted replacement of my kitchen cabinets 3 months ago. During the initial visit, my wife and i ask if our existing granite could be used, they inspected it and measured, and assured us there would be no problem. Once the cabinets were delivered, the same person who came out to inspect and measure said basically they couldn't do it, wanted more money. In addition to the granite, cabinet doors were not square, looked bad. The cabinets they delivered were not the same size as what we had before even though they measured them during the initial visit. I could go on and on. Basically, i will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone. Not prompt with communication and not honest.

Love Procraft Houston Kitchen and Bath, we worked with Seely for the past year. Their quality cabinets are way better than other local companies. They are very on top on their customer services and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Don't forget to ask for Seely, she is a very awesome person to work with!

I had an amazing experience with one of their sales rep named Maria she was very knowledgeable and helpful with the cabinets i purchase for my office i will highly recommend procraft great service!

Don't believe there website, it says they are open on Saturday at 9 till 2. We got there at 10:35 and they were closed. Drove 30 miles for nothing not very reliable
