I called Proctors spoke to Henry he was very accommodating and professional I had requested 3 yds. of loam and definitely received a handsome amount. The delivery driver (Sam) was also very professional and was very skilled at putting the delivery of loam right where I needed it! Gentlemen keep up the good work! Excellent service!!! Dan was fantastic to work with, we needed a replacement septic system and with our propriety it was not going to be a simple job. Dan gave me a quote and worked out all the details with his engineering team and approvals with local city and county agencies. Additionally, Dan needed to have other subcontractors onsite and the people he picked acted as if they were employees of Dan’s and not subcontractors. Quick to respond and cleaned up after they were done. We are very pleased with the project and could not have done this without Dan and his team. If you need anything septic, I strongly recommend Dan and his team.

Never again! The first thing that was upsetting I ordered 13 yards of trap rocks. The gentleman in the delivery truck was very rude and didn't want to dump the rocks at two separate locations less than 100 yards from each other unless we paid for multiple deliveries. After agreeing he dumped the wrong amounts at each location. All the guy had to do is sit in his truck and press a button and he complained. The other big issues was the quality of rocks were horrible. It was filled with powder & smaller rock from crushing them and bark multch.. I don't understand why a company would not want to try and please the customer instead of creating a conflict for no reason. Save yourself the headache and shop around & go with a company that will take care of their customers. Good luck.

Awesome. . Called at 12:30 because I didn't plan ahead and hoped for a delivery by Sunday or Monday. but Mike and Mark were able to make it happen today. I'll be getting all my supplies for projects and jobs from these guys. Great company and open 7 days .. thanks guys

Lost a loyal return customer. Was delivered material that was not correct. Not sure why nobody including the higher ups wanted to resolve the issue what so ever. Piss poor business etiquette in my opinion. After the situation was confronted I never received response back of any attempt. Its a shame.
