When my flooring arrived, their installer, Mark Boyer, was very professional and friendly. He was easy to work with and did an amazing job! We definitely recommend them for all your flooring needs.

Very strange experience with Pro Flooring and Supply… I got quotes from 3 flooring companies for glue down flooring in my townhouse. It had to be glue down because of how warped the floor is; click LVT won’t work. The two other companies got my quote back in about a week. Pro Floor took 3 weeks, and at week 3 when I called to check on if they forgot about me there was a hint of condescension as they explained that they take so long because they have so many customers (named a bunch of names), plus they use a company to double check quotes for errors so I can be assured my quote from them is correct; that it’s worth the wait to ensure it’s error free. If that call and the wait didn’t turn me off enough, the quote that finally arrived was 42% more than my next most expensive quote, and it w

I think they must be going through some serious turnover and quality control issues including installers. We had a great initial experience, however we wanted an additional hallway completed in the basement, the installer rushed the entire job, botched multiple pieces of the LVT, glued together broken pieces and put pieces down that had defects. Wrong transition pieces, the installer didn’t mention anything about using a self leveling compound in the basement to prevent LVT bouncing. No followup about all the above and still have yet to call back about the transitions. I wish I could recommend them, however it’s just not the case.

I am so happy I used this company. The best service, such nice knowledge people, great flooring selection and good pricing. I must add that they are so reliable, I was not around when they worked in my house and they just took a real good care of my house.
