I had an excellent experience with PFS here in Austin. They don’t sell flooring itself, but they carry all the equipment and supplies you need to get the job done right. The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how different tools work, what’s best for specific situations, and even offered tips that made my project go a lot smoother. I really appreciated how approachable and informative they were — it wasn’t just about making a sale, but about making sure I left with exactly what I needed. If you’re in the flooring trade or even just tackling a personal project, PFS is a great place to go for reliable equipment and honest advice.

If you call ahead looking for something just know they won’t help you unless you give them THEIR part/serial number. You can’t simply give them a name of product you’re looking for or they’ll tell you to go look for it and hang up. Except the young Asian guy, he’s an exceptional customer service representative, very helpful, professional, polite and eager to help.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Bought a disc from here they first were rude, ordered the wrong piece aren’t they “professionals” ? I was okay with not getting my money back as long as they gave my the correct piece for my machine but they couldn’t even do that. Now I wasted my money for something incorrect this company did. So if you plan on not getting an exchange or a refund don’t even bother. Do research before you order.
