Professional Lighting Services

Our facility did a very large project with PLS and it went well right up until after sale care. We have numerous lights that do not work now and can not get any response from anyone in the company for at least the last 6 months. This has been a terrible experience and I would recommend no one use PLS if you expect any lighting warranty to actually be taken seriously.

This place is awkward at best. Been trying to reach about warranty forever. Be a man and answer your customers. If you don't want to back up your word for your warranty....just say so. Not answering makes you look weak, cowardly, and unprofessional. WWJD?

Great company to work with, and very knowledgeable in lighting solutions. Would recommend them to anyone with a commercial or industrial lighting project.
