I came home from work and found a small leak in my water main valve. I sent Jeremy Young a text asking if he could send someone out sometime soon. I sent the text after hours, so I was not expecting to hear from him until the next day at the earliest. He replied a few hours later, saying he was on vacation, but that he could send someone else out and got my info. The very next morning I got a phone call asking if I would be home because they could squeeze me in that day in just a few hours. I was not expecting next day service at all when I sent the original text! The guys that came were professional, worked quickly, and got the job done. I have used this company before at work for commercial plumbing services, and have never had a bad experience with them. Thanks so much!

Jeremy Young does good work at a fair price when he shows up. I've contacted him 6 times over the years and he failed to show up or respond to me explaining why he didn't show up on 3 of those occasions. He is a good guy who I believe is either overworked, under staffed or just doesn't care about his customers. I don't know the answer.

Jeremy was very professional and did a helluva job repairing our waterline in the front yard. He went above and beyond! Very reasonable on pricing too. I highly recommend him, and will definitely use him again!

Highly recommend. Hot water heater died on Monday afternoon in January. Called Jeremy, and he managed to juggle his calendar to show up the next morning. Installed a new tankless hot water heater, performed a requested spot-check of my current sump pump system, and also quickly fixed the exterior sump drain pipe. He has gained a very happy new customer.

Spoke to Jeremy on two different occasions. Tentatively stated he would be out on a Monday but never showed and I did not hear from him until two days later on a Wednesday. On the second occasion we spoke, he agreed to come first thing in the AM on a Friday but then never came, never called, never texted. At that point I gave the work to someone else.
