I would not recommend this restoration company to anyone. They were contracted to fix a water leak in our apartment, and roughly a month later the situation is worse than when they started. Instead of resolving the issue, we’ve had additional leaks and new ceiling stains appear in multiple areas. It seems now that equipment was removed prematurely before areas were actually dry — because shortly after, new moisture issues and stains would show up again. They also removed sections of our carpet to address the original leak but never replaced the carpet padding/foam in those areas. We’re still left with unfinished flooring. On top of that, there is still a large cut-out hole in our ceiling that hasn’t been repaired. They’ve told us certain areas are “dry,” yet they have not put those area

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE – AVOID IF POSSIBLE This company has been extremely unprofessional and has made an already stressful situation significantly worse. It has been nearly a month since a flood occurred in our apartment, and very little meaningful progress has been made to properly fix the damage. They rushed the initial work and failed to fully dry the affected areas before reinstalling drywall. The very next day, water stains reappeared. We reported it immediately, but they did not return for four days. When they did, they attempted to rush the job again and were prepared to leave without properly checking for moisture. I had to insist they do a thorough inspection, which revealed a severely saturated area that never should have been closed up in the first place. This caused a third wat

1-23-2026 Steve was great. He cleaned the carpets in my home and they look good. He was very kind and respectful to my property. I was surprised how quickly, yet efficient, he was.

Beware: This company employs at least one thief! This company was called out to my apartment to clean up a mess my complex made. They did a poor job and their employee stole clothing and $1000 that was hidden in my apartment. It has been over a month since the incident and they have done absolutely nothing to make the situation right so I will be taking them to court. My suggestion is to not use this company, but if you do make sure you watch them at all times since doing the right thing is a thing of the past! Absolutely disgusted!

My carpet was destroyed by water damage. John came out today to do the repairs that I had no hope in due to the damage. He made sure that he did everything he could to do the job right. By the time he left, my carpet looked brand new! He even took the time to tell me how to maintain it so it lasts a lot longer. Very satisfied with John, his attitude, the time he took to make sure the job was done right and the outcome of the work he did! Would definitely have him come out again if ever needed!
