Ridiculously unprofessional. I hired Nicole for bimonthly cleanings. First she said the rates were negotiable. So we agreed on $130 per cleaning. My newborn ended up needing 5 brain surgeries. And I was falling behind on scrubbing. Very happy to hire help to ease some of my overwhelming stress I was very excited to have help. I had a miscommunication with my husband. I thought I had the green light to hire help. So after one cleaning. Unfortunately, had to let Nicole know I couldn’t continue. Already stressed to the max, and feeling badly about it she decided to call me a liar and a scammer. Cause apparently there are different pricing for a one time clean. Which she NEVER told me. Nicole is always super responsive and able to work around our schedule! Tara has been cleaning our house for a year now and has always done a great job! She works quickly and around my work from home schedule by making sure to prioritize my office before meetings.
