Profetta Overhead Garage Doors

I've never had a home improvement job go so smoothly. Sales was easy, showed us what was available and the prices, gave us clear options. When we called to book the job we got an estimate of the installation date. The date was accurate. The installer came exactly at the time stated and took the exact time stated. Our old garage door was removed and the new door was installed in 2hrs. Everything worked perfectly. After a bunch of trouble with other contractors recently, this was a fantastic break.

Went to open garage door this am and realized I had a broken spring. Called Profetta based on reviews and Mike showed up. He was very knowledgeable and had new parts in the truck. Was done in about 90 minutes and garage door works perfectly. Highly recommend Profetta. Also, the price was really low, surprisingly low for what they did.

I've owned my home for over 15 years and never had trouble with my garage. Last week one of the springs broke and I saw a Profetta sticker on the inside of the garage door - left there by the previous home owners. I called Profetta and they were at my home the same day to replace the spring. The technician was friendly and polite and the price was very reasonable. When it's finally time to replace the door, we will definitely be going with Profetta. Thanks!
