I just had Proficient install quartz kitchen counter tops and I am so happy with the result that I'm prompted in providing a positive review. Alejandro took my order and from the beginning of the process to the completion of the install it went smoothly and timely. Yoandri and Andres came to put in 4 counters and 5 window sills. From the time that they arrived until the clean up after the install I was impressed. Leveling everything, affecting a perfect seam to the clean up, all went without a hitch. They took no short cuts and and their attention to detail was above and beyond! Thanks for a great experience.

NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE. I WENT HERE WHEN A PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE WAS THERE AND WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 7 MINUTES AND HAD NO PROBLEM. DAVID'S GONE AND THE NEW GUY IS EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT (AND THAT'S KIND) AND WILL LEAVE YOU DANGLING AND NEVER COMMUNICATE, AND NEVER DO WHAT HE SAYS HE'S GOING TO DO. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAY ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, WHEN I DIDN'T GO AWAY BUT STAYED HOME AND WAITED ALL DAY. . THEY NEVER CALLED. THEY FORGOT WHAT I HAD PICKED OUT. THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT MADE UP. WHEN I RESCHEDULED MY PLUMBER AND GAVE THEM ONE MORE CHANCE, I WAS TOLD THE DRIVERS LEFT (15 MIN AWAY) 50 MINUTES LATER THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND WHEN I CALLED 'THE DRIVERS COULDN'T FIND THE KEYS TO THE TRUCK' NOW WHEN I CALL, THEY DON'T ANSWER. THIS IS THE SINGLE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD
