I am so grateful for the Proficient Cabinet Team and Owners! Not only did they do an amazing job, and at a fair price, they were also so kind and helpful. Answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me with a special project for my Mom’s house. What a huge difference the changes made. They have a nice office with lots of samples and fit us in right away. Would recommend 100%!

Our cabinets for the 4 bathrooms and a kitchen island, was promised November 17th. Unfortunately the cabinets showed up November 24 and not complete. All of the vanity drawers were built incorrectly(cut outs too small).Then it took 3 more weeks for them to come back with the vanity drawers, install hardware. Now 5 more drawers need to be rebuilt with new cut outs for the pipes. Drawers are too small for the 2nd time. Originally the drawers were suppose to be built with no need for hardware, but they changed our design. Your company is not Proficient in cabinet making.

We ordered over 20 kitchen cabinets from Proficient Cabinets over a 6-month period for a 450-apartment property — all in the exact same style and to standard dimensions. What we received, repeatedly, were cabinets that arrived 1, 2, even 3 inches off from what was specified. Even more frustrating was the customer service. After raising concerns about the inconsistent measurements, I was met by their “supervisor,” whose first words to me were: “I know what you’re going to say, and I don’t care.” I was stunned. Instead of taking accountability, he blamed me, saying I “knew nothing about cabinets,” and even blamed my professional installer — claiming that all he needed to do was “ch
