ProFix Drains & Hydro Jet🔧

Totally had a broken drain situation this morning and was super worried about how much it was gonna cost to get someone out here. Alex was great and super honest about what needed to happen to get everything flowing again. He was really professional and I am honestly so satisfied with the quality of the work and how much I ended up paying. It is such a relief to find a plumber who doesn't try to rip you off or act like they are doing you a favor just by showing up. I will totally be recommending these guys to everyone I know who needs help.

Dripping coming from the bathtub faucet that was starting to drive me crazy so I called for a quick look. Nathan showed up right on time and figured out the source wasn't even the shower but was actually coming from the main line pressure being way too high for our 40 year old pipes. He explained how the excessive pressure was wearing everything down and handled the repair quickly without making a huge production out of it. It is hard to find someone who just gets in and does the work without wasting your entire morning. If you need someone professional and fast definitely ask for Nathan.

I was staring at a literal fountain of water spewing out of the guest bathroom toilet on a Sunday afternoon and honestly thought my whole floor was ruined. The first two places I called wouldn't even pick up the phone but thank god I found input because they actually answered. Greg was at my place in Cerritos in under an hour and didn't even flinch at the mess or the fact that it was a weekend. He gave me a few different options to fix the valve and had the water back on and the leak stopped in no time. Greg really saved my sanity and the price was way more reasonable than I expected for an emergency call.

Literally dreading the thought of a whole house repipe but the old galvanized pipes were starting to turn the water a weird color in the mornings. The crew was super chill and actually got the new lines run through the walls with way less cutting than I thought they would have to do. It is totally awesome to finally have actual water pressure in the shower again and not worry about a pipe bursting behind the drywall. They cleaned up all the debris every afternoon and were super respectful of my space the whole time.

Our main water line sprung a leak and it was such a inconvenience when you don't have proper running water. After finding this plumbing team that services my area in Newport Beach, I decided to give him a call. He was very responsive and was the first out of 3 plumbers to arrive next day in the AM. He was very easy to talk to and didn't try to up sell like the other ones. His quote was fair and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. I would call Greg back if I need any plumbing services in a heart beat!
