We purchased a new home and needed engineered hardwood flooring throughout the entire house. ProFloors did an excellent job (and we are quite particular). From the start, Cedric and Frank were excellent to work with. They also delivered on their promise to install our flooring with skill and precision. My wife and I recently bought a condo in Naples and it was in desperate need of new floors, the building management recommended Pro Floors to us as they had already worked in the building and their contractor license and insurance information was on file. Frank Eckenrode came and gave a quote on the work and it was in line with another quote that we had received earlier. We had Pro Floors install oak flooring in 2 rooms and we couldn’t be happier. My wife loves the floors and typically makes at least 1 comment a day on how good they look compared to the carpet. Cedric and his team were professional and respected our property while they removed our carpets and installed the new floor. Cedric visited our house through out the project. In our experience it’s not often you get contractors in your house that are as meticulous and respectful while accomplishing the job. We never felt as if we were just a project but they cared on how it looked and made sure we were happy. We definitely highly recommend Pro Floors and will be using them in our future projects.
