ProGen Electrical, LLC

We have used ProGen for quite a few years and have had nothing but a great experience with them for both generator and general electrical work. The only reason I give them 5 stars is because I can't give them 10. The entire team is responsive and skilled from top to bottom. Recently had an equipment issue with our generator going into an icy weekend, and Progen immediately responded and worked tirelessly to get us back up and running before the weather came in.

We had a generator recently installed by ProGen and were very pleased with the process. Hugh was responsive and informative, and helped the process move along. He informed us about city rebates we were unaware of that saved us some money as well. We haven't had to use the generator beyond the initial testing, so if something goes wrong, I'll update my review, but for now they get 5 stars.

We highly recommend Jarred and the ProGen team. They are true experts in their field. They strive to make their customers happy and 100 percent satisfied. Very responsive and timely. We are thankful to have found this company to install our generator.

ProGen installed a whole-house backup Generac generator for me in August 2025. Hugh and Jared did a good/professional job. They were easy to work with and coordinated well with the gas company. The installation was seamless and on schedule. If you are in the need for a generator I can highly reccomend them.

I cannot recommend ProGen enough! From start to finish everyone I talked to was so courteous and professional. They explained everything to me and Hugh was always so polite and never pushy when trying to decide. I highly recommend this company if you are ever in the market for a home generator.
