I struggled with my claim until David and Prograde Exterior stepped in. After that it was beyond taken care of. They were able to take a simple claim and get the repairs that needed to be made with no effort to myself. David communicated every step of the way and answered questions immediately. I didn’t have to worry at all with the insurance and got an amazing looking house! I would suggest David and Prograde Exteriors to anyone looking for help. They are beyond a 5 star company!

I had a great experience with ProGrade Roofing. Juan came out to look at my roof, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to help me understand an insurance claim for a retaining wall, even though it wasn’t related to roofing. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even referred me to the right people who could help with the retaining wall. Juan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Let me start by saying I am very picky super detailed person. Derek and Prograde knocked it out of the park. Quality detail work done throughout surpassing expectations!!! Derek was so wonderful explaining everything each step of the way I was always involved but he handled everything with insurance taking all the stress away. When we couldn’t settle 100% on color showed me mock ups and visuals to help me see and we picked the most wonderful blue!!!!!! Thank you is not enough for their help in this big journey!!!!

ProGrade Exteriors is A++++++! Even with some issues (I feel to be expected with such a large job. They did our siding, garage door, a window, roof and gutters), they corrected what I wasn't thrilled about and made sure it was done right. I believe they went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I have worked with a lot of businesses and not many will work so hard to please the customer. Prograde is one of the few that will! Jason was a rockstar and fabulous to work with. He came in site many times prior to the jobs starting and made sure everything... Siding, trim, etc was exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond by looking for another brand of aluminum wrap to match the whites better. After the jobs started, he continued to come out and check in with us and the cr
