Progressive Lighting - Lanier

I spent over $2,000 on a chandelier for my home in Florida. Due to its size, I had to rent a trailer to transport it, as it wouldn't fit in any of our vehicles. Upon arrival in Florida and after unpacking, I discovered that the chandelier had already been used and installed. It was bent and covered in scratches. When I contacted the PL, and sent them photos and videos they showed little concern and simply instructed me to return it. I explained the situation regarding the trailer, FL, etc but they remained indifferent. They offered a $200 discount to keep the damaged item. I am extremely disappointed with the service. 2 trailer trips to FL to get my light? The lesson learned is to thoroughly inspect your purchase before leaving the store, as it seems that selling used items is not a signif

Pretty good place with amazing collections. Has chandelier, sconce lights of all kinds and material. Pls also visit the outlet center at the back of the store for cost effective options.
