Progressive Service Company

Great experience with progressive service company. They were competitive with pricing, and provided a price match guarantee. Very impressed with the quality install, which was completed very quickly in just a manner of hours. I confirmed contact with them at 5pm asme the very next morning they were there bright and early for install. Completed in about 4 hours, and great cuatomer service all around. Even had a separate visit from a quality control guy that checked behind the install team (which did a great job). The whole team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Can't ask for now. Highly recommended! Ps. I was a bit weary at first about paying half up front and half at completion, but rest assured they are legit and should have no concerns.

We had our dual air conditioning systems replaced last month by Progressive Service. The whole experience -- from our first call for an evaluation to find out why our power bill was way up, through the installation and even a service call -- has been fantastic. Responsiveness was very fast, I think one day for the evaluator (William Taylor) to come out after my call. He was straightforward and honest in his report, including several pictures of the bad news with our old systems. The sales rep (Darryl Boswell) was here the day after that, and gave us a great education on the different systems we could choose, benefits of each, and the cost. His 25+ years of experience, and how long he's been with Progressive, gave us a feeling of trust and confidence in both his advice and the company. And

We've been working with Marcus and Progressive for two years now. In 2022 we noticed a small stream running from our water heater out to our garage door and called Progressive as they offered after hours appointments. We were lucky enough to get Marcus as our technician. Not only did he do a terrific job obtaining and installing a new water heater for us, he went the extra mile in almost every aspect of the installation. We were very specific in which model of water heater we wanted and of course that particular heater was very hard to come by at the time. We live in Durham and the closest authorized distributer with that model in stock was in Greensboro, just over an hour away without traffic (which is never the case, call it an hour and 45 minutes easy most days), and they had just

Swift Brothers sent over a picture of who to expect and some info about my installer. Loved that! I had David Vazquez. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was so patient with me because I was clueless. He did a great job of explaining what he did and what I should do in the future. I hadn’t had servicing since it was installed so he explained the benefits or the consequences if I did not get my system serviced. I will now have it serviced by your company.
