Progressive Windows

After having not so good customer service experience with the OKC franchise I was directed to Progressive. They came out to make a repair on my Phantom screens. Knowledgeable, timely response , on time and polite. Great people to work with

I loved my windows and doors. A remodel necessitated replacement of all. However, one of the enclosed shades in one of the very expensive doors broke. I have called several times over the past several months to have it repaired....to no avail. Of course, COVID has been the excuse. I recommend that you go elsewhere for your new windows and doors because the quality of their customer service post-payment is very disappointing.

Ask to speak someone responsible bc if you get lorry on the phone telling you she will take care of it you can forget about it. Bypass her if you have any chance to do so

We have two houses over the last several years, that we have had them replace all of our windows. This company is very helpful, very professional, and very honest.
