During the first visit, he conducted a thorough inspection of our home and carefully placed the necessary traps and bait. On the second visit, he promptly removed the catches and took the extra step to seal and fill access points to help prevent future issues. Discovered a huge nest of bees inside our closet, in the ceiling, and in the wall on a Saturday morning. Called Proguard and, even though he was booked out until Tuesday, Bain gave me immediate advice on how to begin handling the problem.
