Probono did fantastic work on our home. Their team was clean, respectful, and kept everything tidy throughout the job. Mike and his team brought professional service and use of technology to my home energy and comfort project. They identified the areas needing most improvement in my house and weatherized them to help me cut some of my heating costs and improve the comfort in my home. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable, and offered advice and solutions for cost-free or low cost DIY improvements I could make myself. Now that the weather is getting cold again, I can confirm that the drafty spots are barely drafty, the cold parts of the floor stay warmer, and the areas around the doors are much closer to room temperature than last year. Mike also handled all the rebate submissions to PPL.

TLDR: Michael and his team do great work quickly and are easy to work with. Our house had a few rooms that were often 5-10 degrees hotter or colder than the rest of the house. Our AC would also run constantly during the hotter months. We contacted Project Probono to perform an energy audit to help us identify where our issues were. They performed the audit then used the data to propose solutions. Michael was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us thoroughly answering all our questions. Probono insulated and air sealed multiple spaces in our home as well as aerosealed our ducts. The end result is that our whole house is now comfortable and I expect we’ll save on energy costs as well.

Very thorough contractor. Did an energy audit, airsealed the whole house, and upgraded attic insulation at a reasonable price. Mike also went above and beyond, drawing my attention to a crawl space under the house that needed _significant_ work done. I had crawl space specialists do that work, but after measuring the humidity said it was so moist and leaky that the first floor would have been unstable if I let it go another few years. Between the crawl space, air sealing, and insulation, the house is now _much_ more comfortable. The first floor used to be ~20 degrees colder in the winter, but now it's uniform and comfortable throughout. Would definitely recommend.
