Honestly, I advise you to steer clear of this company and its shady business practices. They will show up super fast in an emergency but only because they know they have another opportunity to scam your insurance company for every penny they can. They will damage your belongings and take 100 days to fix a tiny water problem. They tell you they will be there to start working on the restoration project and then not show up for weeks. They will screw you over any way they can. Rusty being the biggest liar and heads up the restoration team, will smile in your face while he is calculating the next lie he will be telling you. I was told my insurance would pay for the emergency help in drying and removing wetness in walls. I believed this statement and now have a huge bill to pay. I am being threatened with social security garnishing. Also, the equipment was left 3 extra days without need and that is added to my bill.

First time I use Prokleen for my carpet cleaning service, we needed it done asap, and they were able to provide their services for the next day. Jesse came by and went above and beyond, he did such great job cleaning my carpet, very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Now I know who I'm calling for from now on. There are not enough words & praise to express my gratitude to George & his team who came quickly late at night in response to the water damage in my home. They all worked together, each in his own expertise, & still comforted me in my frustration. These personable people did fantastic work cleaning up & putting back to original the carpet, cupboards, new flooring, replacing ducts under the house preventing future mold etc. I feel blessed from this experience with each of them & highly recommend them to anyone needing to do damage restoration.
