Henry was very polite and very friendly explained everything throughout the process and took his time to explain how to work the units. Would highly recommend prolift for any work needed on your garage doors. New garage door openers installed.

Henry, the new general manager, was our technician. He replaced the rubber stripping on the bottom of a garage door (single car). The charge for that was only $108. I paid twice that at our previous home. I also had him replace all the rollers, which were wearing out. The new ones have extra long rods, which prevents any from slipping out if any break, and the new ones have ball bearing. (This was $185.). Henry is very knowledgeable, works quickly and is very personable.

Issue with garage door closing at our home this morning. Called ProLift and immediate response same day to address and resolve issue. Joe was the tech on sight for work and was extremely professional and thorough with new garage door opener install. Very pleased with everything and highly recommend!

I called ProLift and they were able to diagnose the issue and schedule someone to replace my garage door motor in a short amount of time. Henry was incredibly helpful and efficient. He was also able to fix a problem I forgot to mention in the initial visit with no delay. I highly recommend them!
