This was my first time needing help with my garage door since our house was built. I read the great reviews and the years of business and was blown away with great excitement. Mike was my technician, so nice, a million dollar smile, quick assessment of my problem. His work was excellent, clean, and didn't take long at all. Great customer service. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND TELL ALL FRIENDS , FAMILY and even foes about the great price, quick response and fantastic job. Wow, what a great team/business.

ProLift responded immediately to our request for help with our damaged garage door. Nicholas, our ProLift technician reviewed the damage and provided a written estimate to replace. He even took the time to secure the broken door for our safety. The cost was very competitive and the new door arrived within days and Nick installed perfectly! I will highly recommend ProLift for garage door repairs or replacement!

ProLift’s website made it simple to schedule an appointment. I provided a few details regarding what I needed and I received a confirming text very quickly with an expected arrival time. The technician called to advise his approximate arrival time and the Apps GPS allowed me to track him to my door. The technician saw my issue and even pointed out a couple other areas of concern that he took care of for me. Nicholas definitely was experienced and knew what he was doing. He repaired the broken bracket and even checked my other opener for problems. He provided the kind of service you just don’t seem to get these days. I highly recommend Nicholas and would not hesitate to call ProLift if I have issues in the future. He did a great job!

Prolift has reasonable prices and great customer service. Mike S. was very courteous. He made himself available to answer any questions that came up prior to installation/ repair. The repair and install went very well, Mike went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Prolift to anyone in need of garage door services.

Great service from ProLift. Installed new garage door opener. Nicholas, our service tech, did a great job! We had to call him after he left because we messed up on connecting to the app. He talked us exactly through the process to get everything working! Really appreciate his help and service!
