I am a property manager that has been through 5 full concrete restorations over the last 13 years. Out of the 4 companies that I have delt with I can say that Promar was a pleasure to work with. These guys came in and did a wonderful Job. We were on a tight budget and Alfredo was very good with bringing down costs. This restoration occurred while my building was still occupied and the work took about 11 months. The Crew that Promar has working for them is top notch. I had residents going in and out during the project and the workers could not have been more accommodating and polite to my residents. this company has been working on our condo buildings for 4 years. it is the worst concrete job. they built the concrete up too much on our catwalks and my door would not open. the water flows to my front door now and sits there for hours. they are not helpful at all with this situation and my door did not pass building code. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! they do not fix their mistakes and there is plenty
