ProMaster Home Repair & Handyman Cincinnati

We have had the ProMaster team out for a couple of projects for the last few months, most recently with a bathtub replacement. Jared was great. Easy to talk to, communicative on the project progress and efficient with his time. The whole team, from scheduling, reminders and execution, was great. They came recommended to us and we are happy that we selected ProMaster for our project needs.

Recently I had my second project with ProMasters. Mark and Nate did a fantastic job at building walls in my basement, taking out an old concrete laundry tub, putting together and installing a new laundry/utility sink, plus a separate vanity, some minor electrical work too. They are always on time, professional, clean up the work site, and are transparent when a couple issues came up that needed to be dealt with. ProMasters are now my "go to" company for home projects! I highly recommend them.

I needed the brickmold around the front door removed & replaced. I called on Wednesday and Zach Flynn came out on Thursday. Despite a few problems he finished the job within the time frame & cost he quoted. I am more than pleased with exceptional job Zach did on this project. I will definitely use Pro Masters and Zach again.
